📋 Description

• Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, and templates • Build and implement Asana rules and automations to improve task routing and accountability • Ensure projects follow standardized Asana best practices and company processes • Create and update reusable project templates for recurring initiatives • Maintain organized project boards with consistent naming conventions and task hygiene standards • Monitor task progress daily and ensure deadlines and deliverables remain on track • Audit projects for overdue tasks, missing assignees, incomplete details, and stalled deliverables • Follow up with task owners and escalate blockers, overdue deliverables, and workflow issues • Coordinate deliverables across departments and streamline task handoffs • Track cross-functional dependencies and resolve bottlenecks • Support alignment across marketing, creative, ads, brand management, and leadership teams • Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership • Provide recurring project status updates, including overdue tasks and potential risks • Track workflow trends and identify process improvement opportunities • Assist with creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and internal workflow documentation • Update SOPs and workflows as systems evolve • Support continuous improvement efforts across departments • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management roles • Strong experience using Asana in a professional setting (2+ years preferred) • Experience building templates, dashboards, workflows, and implementing rules/automations in Asana • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation (including "vibe coding") to build workflows, scripts, or lightweight tools that improve efficiency • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong follow-up and accountability skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean systems • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the e-commerce landscape (desired, but not required) • Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows (desired, but not required) • Experience working in a fast-paced remote environment (desired, but not required) • Experience supporting cross-functional teams (desired, but not required)
