📋 Description

• Support early-stage sales efforts via outbound lead creation and meeting setups for the sales team. • Focus on increasing the volume of qualified conversations without requiring leadership involvement. • Create and nurture outbound leads. • Identify customer needs, fit, and readiness. • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and track conversion from lead to meeting. • Maintain clean and organized CRM data and ensure consistent follow-up workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a sales or SDR role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings • Ability to manage outreach volume consistently • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Asana, etc.) • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • B2B experience selling marketing or digital services (Nice-to-Haves)
