📋 Description

• Coordinate and perform pre-dispatch (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post- dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment (solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, inverters) • Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements • Participate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules and schedule • Verify the conditions on site (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspection • Coordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager • Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist • Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule • Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan • Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection • Fill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team • Suggest ameliorations to the supplier to improve the inspected product and the testing conditions • Propose improvement of the inspection methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in a technical field, or above • Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications and test procedures for PV Module • Experienced in renewable energies, energy storage or factory inspection • At least 5 years experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) • At least 5 years experience in a PV Module technical position • Minimum 3 years management experience required • Good command of the Microsoft Office package • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
