📋 Description

• Share 3 to 4 Production Ticket Resolutions work experience during interview • Troubleshoot issues in a production environment on any of the Oracle EBS Layers • Produce remediation to resolve issues • Perform enhancements of customizations in Oracle EBS

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience • Must have Oracle EBS Tech Support Role • Hands on SQL/PL/SQL • Oracle Forms and Reports • Inbound/outbound interfaces/Data Extraction/Load • Independently managed proceed for Issue Resolution • Relevant Experience in Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Trading Community Architecture (TCA)
