📋 Description

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals • Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and refine product positioning • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility • Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs and continuously iterate to improve user experience • Ensure seamless product launches and manage post-release activities including feedback collection and enhancements • Act as the product evangelist, ensuring clear communication of the product’s value proposition to internal teams and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in product management • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Experience with market research, data-driven decision-making, and defining KPIs • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar
