📋 Description

• Supporting the Internal Audit Advisory Committee • Scheduling meetings • Preparing agendas and agenda items • Capturing and tracking actions and decisions • Managing change requests • Maintaining and distributing risk surveys • Liaising with other QA functions for data • Preparing metrics, KPIs and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability to work independently • Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Forms and PowerPoint • Knowledge of Smartsheet desired • Previous clinical research, quality assurance or CRO experience desired • Knowledge of risk analysis or risk management principles desired
