📋 Description
• Full Understanding of the Product Technical Architecture • Own the customer relationship post-go-live. • Work hand-in-hand with clients to understand their business processes, map technical workflows, and ensure seamless adoption of our platform. • Dive deep into platform architecture, APIs, and integrations to diagnose issues and translate them into actionable insights for both customers and internal teams. • Simplify complexity — explain technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to deliver proactive solutions — not just reactive support. • Handle escalations with patience and professionalism, even when customers are tough. • Continuously analyze usage data and help customers derive maximum ROI from the platform.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience • Strong understanding of software platform architectures • API integrations • Data workflows • Experience with enterprise clients in SaaS / AI-based platforms preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exposure to Python, NodeJS, Backend Development, Android Development, SQL, Postman, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
