📋 Description

• Own design output across static and motion assets for a fast-growing video production company • Design thumbnails, social media graphics, presentation decks, brand collateral, and other visual deliverables • Work within and across brand systems while applying creative judgment • Produce polished, on-brand assets for digital platforms • Resize and adapt assets across formats and placements • Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and video-adjacent design elements • Collaborate with video producers, editors, and creative leads to align design output with production goals • Apply pacing, timing, visual hierarchy, and storytelling in motion contexts • Iterate on motion work based on production-team feedback • Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts at the briefing stage • Organize project files and finished assets with clean structure and version control • Deliver assets in correct formats and specifications • Communicate proactively about timelines and flag brief gaps before they delay delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven creative design experience with a strong portfolio showing finished work across static formats including thumbnails, social graphics, brand assets, and digital content • Genuine understanding of design in a video and motion context, including visual hierarchy, pacing, and storytelling • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects • Strong creative eye and ability to produce visually distinctive work rather than templated output • Comfortable working within brand systems while bringing independent creative judgment • Organized and reliable with consistent on-time delivery across concurrent projects • Clear communication, early issue-flagging, and ability to incorporate feedback • Portfolio link with 4 to 6 finished design examples • Short Loom video, 1 to 2 minutes, introducing yourself and explaining creative decisions • Both portfolio and Loom video required to proceed to the next hiring step • Availability during US business hours • Nice to have: hands-on motion graphics experience, video production/media/content-team experience, Figma or other design collaboration tools, and YouTube thumbnail or social video creative experience
