📋 Description

• Adapt master creative into social media, digital display, animation and motion cutdowns, digital and static OOH, and email/CRM assets • Resize, version, and localise campaign creative • Prepare files according to platform specifications • Ensure accuracy across typography, spacing, layout, and brand application • Produce simple to mid-level motion graphics • Adapt supplied animation files into multiple cutdowns • Build HTML5 banners • Follow structured file setups and naming conventions • Work within defined production workflows • Manage time across multiple live campaigns • Communicate with the Senior Creative Designer • Implement feedback quickly and constructively • Support team efficiency through organised file management • Follow creative direction and written briefs accurately • Read and interpret briefs, asking questions when unclear • Deliver complete, accurate work ready for review with minimal rework • Maintain attention to detail across layouts, typography, spacing, imagery, animation, file naming, and export specifications • Self-review work before submission • Identify and resolve quality issues before handover or client delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with this role being a contract role (6-12 months) • 4+ years’ experience in digital design or motion • Experience working in Gaming, Sports Betting, or Casino industries (Advantageous) • Strong experience executing campaign assets across social and display • Understanding of digital ad specifications and export requirements • Strong layout and typography fundamentals • High attention to detail and structured working style • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, campaign executions, and digital ad assets • Must have own equipment (Laptop) • Experience working with international creative teams (bonus) • Experience setting up offshore production teams (bonus) • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and performance-driven creative (bonus) • HTML5 banner production and Figma (bonus)
