📋 Description

• Own visual design output across paid media, brand, and content for a boutique growth marketing agency serving AI and SaaS companies • Design static and animated ad creative for paid social and display across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other channels • Produce assets based on briefs, performance data, and creative strategy • Resize and adapt creative across formats and placements • Iterate on creative based on performance feedback and testing results • Design on-brand assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints • Maintain visual consistency across client brand systems • Produce pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentation materials • Collaborate with strategists and account managers to deliver finished designs • Manage design files and assets with version control and naming conventions • Ensure deliverables are correctly sized, exported, and production-ready • Keep project tracker status and delivery dates current • Communicate proactively when timelines are at risk • Participate in application stages including prequalifying questions, video introduction, role-specific assessment if applicable, recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and background/reference check

🎯 Requirements

• Proven design experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple formats, including paid ad creative, social content, and brand assets • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Ability to work within and across multiple brand systems simultaneously without drifting from any of them • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and deliver on time • Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback • Clear communication and proactive issue escalation • Availability during US business hours • Updated resume • Portfolio link with at least 4 to 6 finished design examples across different formats • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining one design project and its decisions • Portfolio and Loom video required to advance to the next hiring step
