📋 Description

• Lead and grow the existing RPA engineering team • Manage and support the RPA engineering team day to day • Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship • Unblock engineers, manage priorities, and keep delivery on track • Contribute to hiring and growing engineering capacity • Write production-quality Python code as an active backend engineering contributor • Land RPA integrations into existing product infrastructure • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to scope and sequence technical work • Ensure integration quality, reliability, and maintainability across the codebase • Oversee and contribute to RPA workflows and automation systems • Build automations that scale and integrate cleanly with existing platform components • Identify and resolve technical blockers across active RPA development efforts • Maintain engineering standards and best practices across the team • Complete the application process, including a video introduction, role-specific assessment if applicable, interviews, and background/reference checks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python backend engineering experience with production system exposure • Prior experience in a tech lead, senior engineer, or engineering manager role • Ability to manage engineers while remaining a productive individual contributor • Comfort working across automation workflows, APIs, and backend integration work • Strong written and verbal communication skills for a remote, distributed team • Self-directed and able to operate effectively without heavy process or oversight • Updated resume required • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) required; must describe engineering management and hands-on engineering experience and explain a personally contributed backend integration or automation project • Only candidates who submit a Loom video will advance to the next hiring step • Nice to have: hands-on RPA development with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar • Nice to have: healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or regulated-environment experience • Nice to have: experience integrating automation systems into SaaS or product infrastructure • Nice to have: familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
