📋 Description

• Own existing client relationships after the sale • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls • Run regular check-ins across active accounts • Identify and resolve contractor or client issues proactively • Evaluate the top one to five candidates surfaced by recruiting for each role • Decide which candidates are strong enough to present • Present candidates to clients and coordinate interviews • Handle client feedback and close placements • Own the quality of every candidate presented to clients • Identify opportunities for clients to hire again • Request reviews and introductions from satisfied clients • Mark first placements, milestones, and positive moments with personalized gestures • Build long-term relationships, repeat business, and referrals • Work directly with both co-founders of Hire Overseas, an offshore staffing platform

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting • High critical thinking and ability to form, defend, and apply clear views to candidate evaluation and client problem-solving • Full ownership mindset for resolving client issues • Clear, personal written communication • Responsiveness and ability to keep clients feeling prioritized • Comfort growing into a role without a predefined playbook • Availability during US business hours, with responsiveness outside core hours when clients need you • Updated resume • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing customer success or account management experience, and explaining a situation where you resolved a client problem before escalation • Only candidates who submit a Loom video will advance to the next hiring step • Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring is nice to have • Experience in a small, founder-led company is nice to have • Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa is nice to have
