📋 Description

• Create 2D motion graphic content and translate it into short-form social media videos • Design and animate motion graphics from briefs, style guides, and creative direction • Build sequences with text animations, transitions, icon animations, kinetic typography, and branded graphic elements • Work across multiple client brand systems while maintaining visual and animation standards • Produce technically clean, well-structured, and iterable motion graphic assets • Translate motion graphics into finished videos for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms • Cut, pace, and sequence content into video ads and organic social assets • Size and format deliverables for each platform and placement • Apply sound design, music, and audio treatment • Organize project files using clean layer structures, naming conventions, and version control • Deliver assets in required formats and specifications • Communicate timelines and flag brief gaps or technical issues • Complete application, video introduction, role-specific assessment if applicable, recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and background/reference check

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 2D motion graphics experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple styles and formats • Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animation • Proficiency in Premiere Pro or a comparable editing tool for video assembly • Comfortable working within and across multiple brand systems simultaneously while maintaining visual consistency • Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and effective motion content for social platforms • Ability to manage multiple briefs and deliver on time across concurrent projects • Clear communication and proactive issue escalation • Availability during US business hours • Updated resume • Portfolio link with at least 4 to 6 finished motion graphics or short-form video examples across different styles or formats • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, presenting one motion work sample, and explaining design and animation decisions • Candidates must submit both a portfolio and Loom video to proceed
