📋 Description

• Elevate the brand across every touchpoint, participating from ideation rather than only executing finished briefs • Collaborate with marketing, content, social, and product teams • Improve briefs and develop solutions proactively • Manage an independent workload and deliver multiple projects on deadline • Create graphic design assets across typography, layout, brand identity, packaging, print, motion graphics, social, paid, and web channels

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years' commercial experience in graphic design, in-house or agency, ideally with consumer brands • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects • Solid fundamentals across typography, layout, and brand identity • Packaging and print production experience, including dielines, bleed, colour profiles, and print-ready file preparation • Motion graphics experience for social, paid, and web • Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines with stakeholders across teams • Portfolio demonstrating range across the required areas • Short-form video editing with Premiere Pro is nice to have • Familiarity with Asana and Slack is nice to have • Ecommerce/DTC asset experience is nice to have • Genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness is nice to have • Experience using AI creative tools such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and Higgsfield is nice to have
