📋 Description

• Own day-to-day delivery of US production, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics through an outsourced 3PL and co-manufacturing partner • Set daily priorities, hold partners accountable to commitments, resolve operational issues end to end, and provide accurate reporting and recommendations to the Operations Director • Lead day-to-day relationships with 3PL and co-manufacturing partners • Align production and fulfilment priorities, confirm deadlines, and drive accountability • Report on dispatches, aged orders, production, stock, risks, and sales run-rate variances • Investigate missed commitments, drive recovery actions, and escalate capacity gaps and stockout risks • Convert approved production plans into daily and weekly schedules • Track units by SKU and production date and monitor component availability • Maintain accurate production jobs, purchase orders, receipts, and records in Cin7 • Document quality complaints, gather batch records, agree corrective actions, and verify effectiveness • Manage DTC, wholesale, Faire, Amazon, and retail fulfilment • Maintain PO versions, routing, BOL, ASN, and EDI records • Resolve overdue, partial, replacement, and unscanned orders and reconcile systems with physical dispatches • Confirm carrier handover and track domestic freight through customer delivery • Review carrier performance and resolve delivery-window risks • Coordinate stock counts, recounts, month-end reconciliations, and inventory variance resolution • Reconcile Amazon stock with Cin7 and prepare replenishment requirements • Resolve discrepancies across Cin7, 3PL warehouse management systems, Shopify, and Faire • Check 3PL, co-manufacturing, and freight charges against approved rates and services • Document late or incorrect orders, production errors, replacement costs, and inventory losses • Provide Finance with shipment costs, invoices, terms, and due dates; follow up on uninvoiced shipped orders • Improve workflows, document procedures, verify automated or AI-assisted outputs, and analyze fulfilment and freight costs by channel • Present KPI results and recommendations to senior leadership when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in fulfilment, logistics, inventory, or production • Experience managing US operations including US-based 3PLs and co-manufacturers, US domestic carriers and freight, and US retail and Amazon requirements • At least 2 to 3 years at manager level as the main day-to-day owner of an outsourced 3PL relationship, including setting priorities, managing SLAs, stock accuracy, invoice checks, and partner accountability • At least 2 to 3 years at manager level as the main day-to-day owner of a co-manufacturer or contract manufacturer relationship covering production scheduling, blending, filling, packaging, quality checks, and corrective actions • Evidence of independent ownership, such as a partner transition or turnaround led, KPIs accountable for, disputes and credits recovered, or escalations brought with a recommendation • Confident with Cin7 or a comparable inventory system, Shopify, and 3PL warehouse management systems • Experience with multi-channel fulfilment including DTC, wholesale, Amazon, and US retail requirements such as routing guides, BOL, ASN, and EDI • Strong reconciliation and reporting skills with excellent Excel or Google Sheets • Clear, confident written and spoken English • Available to work US Eastern business hours plus regular calls with an Australia-based team outside standard hours • Updated resume required • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing 3PL and co-manufacturer management experience, and explaining a specific operational problem owned and resolved end to end • Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next hiring step
