📋 Description

• Build, operate, and continually improve UpGuard’s technology platform • Own the lifecycle of corporate technology, including identity, endpoints, SaaS, and service practices • Automate repetitive work and instrument operational processes • Administer Google Workspace, Okta or equivalent IdP, and MDM across a mostly macOS and ChromeOS fleet • Own SaaS administration and lifecycle, asset management, endpoint standards and compliance, and joiner–mover–leaver processes • Operate and improve Cloudflare Zero Trust across ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, DNS filtering, tunnels, and identity- and device-aware access policies • Maintain secure access to internal applications and services and troubleshoot access and connectivity issues • Build internal tooling using REST APIs, Python, Apps Script, Terraform, n8n, and AI-assisted workflows • Manage incident, problem, and change processes, service catalogue, knowledge base, service metrics, capacity planning, and operational readiness • Define and improve service operations practices • Maintain zero-touch provisioning, endpoint compliance, fleet health, monitoring, reporting, SaaS governance, and self-service • Deploy and maintain security controls, harden endpoints, support security incidents, reduce operational risk, and maintain current baselines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, an identity provider such as Okta or Entra, and MDM at organisational scale • Comfortable with SSO, SAML, SCIM, DNS, and certificates • Hands-on experience with ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, or modern network access controls • Comfortable taking ownership of an existing Cloudflare Zero Trust implementation, troubleshooting it, and improving it • Experience writing code using Python, Apps Script, or similar • Confidence working with REST APIs • Experience shipping internal tooling that permanently removes recurring work • Experience with macOS at scale, zero-touch provisioning, and endpoint compliance baselines • Experience running incident and change practices, defining metrics, and building useful documentation • Comfortable with endpoint hardening, identity security, DNS, certificates, secure network access, and risk trade-offs • Process improvement mindset • Before starting work, willingness to undertake a national police history check and reference checks
