📋 Description

• Own visual design across brand, marketing, and digital channels • Design static ad creative, social media graphics, email graphics, and landing page assets • Produce assets based on briefs, performance feedback, and brand guidelines • Resize and adapt creative across formats and placements • Iterate designs based on testing results and stakeholder feedback • Design presentations, one-pagers, reports, and other brand collateral • Maintain visual consistency across touchpoints and help evolve brand guidelines • Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts at the brief stage • Prepare finished files in the correct formats and specifications • Organize design files and assets using clean structure, naming conventions, and version control • Keep project status current and communicate early if timelines are at risk • Use AI-assisted design tools where they improve speed without lowering quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven design experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple formats, including ad creative, social content, brand assets, and presentations • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy • Ability to work within an established brand system while applying independent creative judgment • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time • Clear communication and ability to incorporate feedback • Available to work full-time during US business hours • Portfolio link showing at least 4 to 6 finished design examples across different formats • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, presenting one work sample, and explaining design decisions • Basic motion design or animation skills (nice to have) • Experience designing for paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn (nice to have) • Background in a marketing agency, startup, or in-house brand team (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and image generation tools (nice to have) • Experience with web design or landing page layout in Webflow or Framer (nice to have)
