📋 Description

• Set up print-ready artwork for large-format signage and vehicle wraps from supplied logos, photos, and rough briefs • Lay out designs to real-world dimensions with correct scale, bleed, and tiling for large-format output • Template vehicle wraps, allowing for panel seams, door gaps, curves, and wrap-around edges • Check files before print for colour, resolution, outlined fonts, and cut lines, and build them for clean installation on walls or vehicles • Read briefs carefully, ask questions, and confirm details before starting • Work from structured Trello briefs and keep each card’s status up to date • Provide a short daily update on completed and upcoming work • Deliver on agreed turnaround times and flag early if deadlines are at risk • Create and schedule social media posts using job photos and finished work as a bonus responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Adobe Illustrator — strong skills with a vector-first approach (clean vectors, proper outlines, no raster shortcuts) • Print shop experience, with genuine large-format production experience and an understanding of DPI at scale, colour profiles, bleed, and print setup • Solid understanding of signage and vehicle wrap installation • Portfolio showing signage and wrap work • Excellent written and spoken English — able to read a brief, ask the right questions, and confirm details clearly before starting • Fully dedicated to this role during working hours, with no other job commitments • Stable work history, with references from two direct managers • Reliable and consistent — shows up and delivers every day • Open and proactive in communication, raising problems early • Meticulous about production details such as scale, bleed, and file setup • Takes ownership of their work and checks files before they go to print • Committed to a long-term role
