📋 Description

• Own the technical infrastructure, systems administration, web development, and AI workflow operations for a psychiatric and mental health practice • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company IT systems, software, email accounts, and technical infrastructure • Administer the full Zoho suite, including user accounts, permissions, configurations, forms, workflows, automations, and integrations • Develop, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain the practice website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Manage website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, content management systems, integrations, chatbots, and marketing automation platforms • Administer approved AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini • Develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows, prompts, and automation processes while observing company policies and HIPAA requirements • Manage RingCentral accounts, extensions, phone configurations, call routing, voicemail, and communication settings • Provide technical support for eClinicalWorks and other practice management systems • Manage insurance payer portals, referral platforms, scheduling tools, and provider directory profiles • Maintain social media accounts, online business information, provider directories, and review notifications • Monitor and troubleshoot website issues, suspicious activity, phishing attempts, and other security concerns • Coordinate incident response, security remediation, backups, recovery, and vendor support • Maintain vendor account, subscription, billing, renewal, system, administrator, and recovery inventories • Set up and remove accounts and permissions during staff onboarding and offboarding • Document system configurations, workflows, integrations, troubleshooting procedures, and recovery instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in IT support, systems administration, software administration, or technical operations • Hands-on Zoho administration experience across Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Cliq, Zoho Workplace, Zoho Forms, and Zoho People — hard requirement • Experience managing and troubleshooting RingCentral — hard requirement • Working proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website customization, testing, and troubleshooting — hard requirement • Experience managing user accounts, login credentials, permissions, and onboarding and offboarding processes • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals including multifactor authentication, phishing prevention, backups, and secure account management • Experience supporting websites, online platforms, and third-party integrations • Familiarity with AI tools and ability to build AI-assisted workflows and automations • Strong HIPAA awareness and ability to protect patient information across systems and platforms • Strong documentation, organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills • Ability to manage multiple systems and competing priorities independently without close oversight • Loom video submission required to advance to the next step • Updated resume required • Experience with eClinicalWorks or other healthcare practice management systems preferred • Healthcare, behavioral health, or medical practice IT environment background preferred • Experience with chatbot integrations, marketing automation, or CRM platforms preferred • Familiarity with insurance payer portals and provider directory platforms such as Zocdoc or Psychology Today preferred
