📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of both practice locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures. • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper scheduling and patient flow. • Ensure that both locations are fully staffed, including hiring, training, and managing administrative and support staff. • Manage the maintenance and procurement of office equipment and medical supplies. • Oversee the DME (CPAP) staff and business. • Develop and manage the practice’s budget, including forecasting and financial reporting. • Oversee billing and coding processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, working to maximize collections and reduce outstanding balances. • Conduct regular financial reviews and present findings to the practice owners. • Identify and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant laws. • Develop and implement policies to maintain the privacy and security of patient information. • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with clinical and administrative standards. • Manage risk by implementing safety protocols and ensuring staff are trained on emergency procedures. • Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction across both locations. • Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly. • Oversee the management of patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements. • Implement patient feedback systems to continually improve the patient experience. • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff, including oversight of the sleep lab and staff. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and professional development opportunities. • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication and address any issues. • Implement staff development and continuing education programs to maintain high standards of care. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment policies, and healthcare regulations. • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. • Develop and implement staffing plans that ensure adequate coverage at both locations. • Work with the practice owner to develop and implement long-term strategic goals. • Identify opportunities for growth, including new services, partnerships, and expansion. • Monitor industry trends and developments in sleep medicine to keep the practice competitive. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones. • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software. • Ensure staff are properly trained on the use of technology systems. • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency and patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical practice management • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS guidelines. • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in EHR systems, practice management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with management of people and teams
