📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize all email & SMS campaigns inside Klaviyo. • Develop a full email/SMS strategy, including: weekly campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing strategy and deliverability best practices. • Maintain and grow revenue from email/SMS (target benchmarks expected). • Create on-brand email designs, including graphics, layouts, product callouts, and CTA structure. • Write compelling copy tailored to supplement & ecommerce audiences (education, problem/solution, storytelling, promo emails, etc.). • Ensure design consistency and high readability across mobile and desktop. • Build and optimize core flows (minimum): Welcome Flow, Abandon Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase (first-time → repeat buyer → VIP), Sunset/Winback, Supplement education sequences. • Monitor flow performance and continuously iterate for higher conversions. • Manage segmentation, frequency caps, deliverability, and list hygiene. • Track & report on KPIs including: revenue per email, campaign performance, flow revenue, click-through & open rates (in line with 2025 changes) and subscriber growth. • Identify optimization opportunities and present weekly recommendations. • Understand the brand’s positioning, audience, product benefits, and compliance considerations. • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice, supplement guidelines, and ecommerce best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Klaviyo for ecommerce brands. • Demonstrated email/SMS results for CPG brands (supplements preferred). • Strong portfolio: flow examples + campaign examples + metrics. • Proven ability to handle both strategy + hands-on execution (design + copy + build). • Skilled with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools. • Excellent written English. • Strong understanding of DTC ecommerce fundamentals and customer lifecycle. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively. • Experience with U.S. based supplement brands. • Understanding of conversion-driven design and A/B testing frameworks. • Experience with list growth strategies (landing pages, lead magnets, behavioral triggers). • SMS experience inside Klaviyo.
