📋 Description

• Create high-quality interior 3D renderings efficiently and accurately • Translate design direction, floor plans, elevations, inspiration imagery, and specifications into visual presentations • Produce renderings for residential, hospitality, and commercial environments • Revise renderings quickly as designs evolve • Read and understand architectural and CAD drawings • Assist with space planning and design documentation • Research furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, plumbing, hardware, materials, accessories, artwork, and other FF&E • Identify products meeting project aesthetic, dimensions, performance, budget, lead time, and intended-use requirements • Research alternate products when selections are unavailable, outside budget, or unsuitable • Maintain product information including dimensions, finishes, pricing, lead times, vendor information, links, and technical specifications • Create and maintain project specification books • Organize specifications for designers, architects, contractors, installers, purchasing teams, and project partners • Maintain consistency across drawings, specifications, schedules, and procurement documentation • Maintain procurement trackers through delivery and installation • Track quotes, approvals, purchase orders, deposits/payments, production status, shipping, receiving, damages, backorders, replacements, and installation status • Follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, samples, and lead times • Flag delays, discrepancies, or missing information • Maintain accurate project records • Research and establish vendor, manufacturer, and trade accounts • Complete account applications and organize documentation • Maintain vendor contacts, account information, discount structures, ordering requirements, minimums, and trade program information • Communicate with vendor representatives about pricing, availability, samples, specifications, lead times, and orders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong 3D interior rendering skills and demonstrated rendering portfolio • Licensed Interior Designer • Ability to produce renderings efficiently and make revisions without a cumbersome workflow • Ability to read and interpret architectural and CAD drawings • Strong understanding of interior design, scale, proportion, materials, finishes, and spatial relationships • Excellent internet and product research abilities • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project trackers, shared drives, and cloud-based systems • Strong written English and professional vendor communication • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently • Comfortable receiving design direction and translating it into completed work without requiring constant supervision • This is a full time job • 100% Remote
