• Prepare and submit corporate filings to the Secretary of State, including entity formations, amendments, annual reports, and other related documents. • Accurately enter and process information through a proprietary filing system. • Review and verify data for completeness and compliance with filing requirements. • Manage high-volume filings during peak weeks (end and start of each month). • Maintain detailed and organized records of all filings and documentation. • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to support legal operations. • Communicate with internal teams to ensure filings are processed on time and accurately.
• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience preferred; corporate law experience a strong plus. • Familiarity with Secretary of State filings and business entity documentation. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume data entry. • Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn proprietary software. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
