• Create and manage purchase orders for HVAC and electrical materials • Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines • Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery • Communicate with field teams regarding order status and updates • Maintain accurate records in ERP and purchasing systems • Assist in sourcing products and comparing vendor pricing • Support inventory tracking and replenishment needs • Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues with suppliers • Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support • Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and ERP systems • Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
