📋 Description

• Design and develop websites that effectively communicate client value while maintaining a premium and creative aesthetic • Translate research findings into wireframes, concepts, and high-fidelity design prototypes • Create interactive prototypes with thoughtful animation, even at the wireframe stage • Own multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional work on schedule • Collaborate closely with developers, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation • Stay at the forefront of UI/UX trends and best practices, integrating them into project work • Contribute to team growth, with the potential to move into a leadership role and help shape creative direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing recent website projects • Proficiency in Figma (primary) and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and practical design solutions • Precision and attention to detail across all stages of the design process (wireframes, prototypes, developer handoff, QA) • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design principles • Strong English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) • Exceptional communication, time management, and analytical skills • Ability to thrive under deadlines and deliver best results possible • Web-first designer with familiarity in design systems (Material, HIG, etc.) • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for smoother developer collaboration • Nice to have: Experience working with clients in private equity, finance, or real assets
