âą Define and build interactive systems, like drag-and-drop canvas editors for automation logic âą Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape the UX strategy for key platform areas âą Own flows, behaviors, and states from concept to handoff âą Create high-fidelity prototypes with motion and logic-driven interactions âą Evolve and maintain a scalable design system for complex UI âą Conduct user research and validate ideas with testing
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years designing sophisticated tools, with a focus on enterprise or low-code platforms âą Strong portfolio demonstrating rich interactive experiences âą Skilled in motion, system design, and prototyping (Framer, Cursor, or HTML/CSS a plus) âą Strong collaborator with engineering teams and comfort with technical constraints âą Detail-oriented, system thinker who thrives in complexity
