📋 Description
• Analyse existing workflows • Identify opportunities for improvement • Design and implement automation systems • Act as both a consultant and builder • Map business processes • Diagnose inefficiencies • Implement practical automation solutions using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude • Focus on sales workflows, fulfilment processes, and internal operations
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English • Previous experience in process improvement, operations, automation, or systems implementation • Strong experience using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, or similar automation platforms • Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI-powered workflow tools • Ability to analyse business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate them into automation solutions • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability • Experience documenting workflows, SOPs, and process maps • Comfortable integrating systems across CRMs, communication tools, and operational platforms • High attention to detail and ability to test and maintain reliable automations • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment
