📋 Description

• Manage the flow of confirmed projects from sales through to production delivery • Coordinate project schedules and allocate work to painting crews through the Production Manager • Ensure projects move from confirmation to completion as efficiently as possible • Reduce average project completion cycle timeline to impact revenue growth and operational scalability • Work closely with sales team and production manager to maintain efficient scheduling and crew utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English • Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations within construction, trades, or property services environments • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust schedules when unexpected issues arise • High attention to detail when managing project timelines and operational documentation • Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, or project management systems • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment
