📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce configuration and optimization • Architect and manage Field Service workflows (job allocation, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workflows) • Design scalable systems for high-volume service operations • Improve lead → booking → job completion → billing pipeline • Configure and optimise: • Flows, automations, and validation rules • Objects, fields, and page layouts • Reports and dashboards for operational visibility • Integrate Salesforce with external tools (dialers, payment systems, apps) • Reduce manual processes through automation and system design • Troubleshoot performance issues and implement best-practice solutions • Provide strategic input on scaling operations and CRM architecture
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years Salesforce experience (Admin / Consultant / Architect level) • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) • Proven track record building systems for: • Service-based businesses • Field technician / mobile workforce environments • Strong experience with: • Flow Builder (advanced) • Process automation • Complex object relationships • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms • Ability to translate business operations into system design
