• - Creating high-performance video content for social media advertising, organic content, and digital campaigns • - Managing the complete video production pipeline from concept development and editing through to final delivery • - Collaborating with the agency's creative and strategy teams • - Handling both creative execution and technical optimisation to ensure all video assets are platform-optimised and performance-focused
🎯 Requirements
• - Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills • - 5+ years hands-on experience editing video content for social media and digital advertising • - Expert-level proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) • - Proven portfolio showcasing high-performance social video content and Meta ads • - Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects • - Understanding of platform specifications and optimisation (vertical video, aspect ratios, file sizes) • - Ability to work from raw footage, stock content, and client-provided assets • - Experience colour grading, audio mixing, and adding captions/text overlays • - Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
