📋 Description

• Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management • Identify clients' organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems • Design tailored concepts together with clients, conduct requirements and process analyses, and support the implementation of strategic transformations • Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods • Provide subject-matter leadership for (senior) consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or experience in a leadership role within an IT organization • Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation • Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business • Very good presentation and communication skills in German
