📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-level, identify links between IT and the business, and actively contribute to the strategic alignment of their IT. • Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects to sustainably improve the cost, quality, and scalability of the IT organization. • Design effective service delivery, increase the business value of IT, and support the introduction and ongoing development of IT services. • Provide subject-matter leadership for consultants and support their professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT service management, ideally with experience in a leadership role. • Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience in managing complex IT organizations. • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze complex interrelationships and derive practical, actionable recommendations. • High level of personal responsibility, a structured working style, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent/negotiation level).
