📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-suite level • Identify connections between IT and the business and contribute to the strategic direction of clients’ IT organizations • Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects to sustainably improve the cost efficiency, quality, and scalability of IT organizations • Design service delivery models and increase the business value of IT • Support the implementation and continuous development of IT services • Provide professional leadership to consultants and support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT service management • Experience in a leadership role preferred • In-depth understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks • Experience managing complex IT organizations • Strong strategic thinking skills • Ability to analyze complex relationships and derive practical recommendations for action • High degree of personal responsibility • Structured and organized approach to work • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Business-fluent German
