📋 Description

• Lead complex analytical workstreams, including structuring project questions, guiding research, analyzing data, and conducting financial and pricing modelling • Ensure analytical outputs are rigorous, accurate, and relevant to client needs • Translate data, market research, and access insights into clear recommendations and client-ready deliverables • Coordinate defined workstreams, review outputs, support prioritization, and coach Associate Consultants and Consultants • Manage working-level client interactions and support stakeholder alignment • Provide analytical perspectives that help move projects forward • Deepen expertise in global Market Access & Pricing • Contribute to proposals and develop reusable knowledge assets • Share expertise across the team • Work on launch sequencing and pricing for ATMPs and orphan drugs, indication-expansion planning, LOE strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence across Europe, APAC, and LATAM

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience • Strong focus on Pharma Market Access & Pricing and/or management consulting • Proven experience leading pharma-focused projects • Experience bringing structure, analytical depth, and practical judgment to complex client questions • Clear professional trajectory with increasing responsibility and demonstrated client value creation • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools, and AI-enabled ways of working • Ability to quickly adopt proprietary platforms and use them for complex analyses and client-ready deliverables • Fluency in English and German, written and spoken • Global and local Market Access & Pricing experience, US market exposure, or a PhD/equivalent degree would be considered a plus
