📋 Description

• Take on project leadership for client engagements aimed at establishing a service-oriented approach in IT organizations • Define service models, services, and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures • Support the implementation or adaptation of ITSM processes at the client organization • Further develop our consulting offering by bringing in experience and new methods • Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in consulting as a lead consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization • Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM • Ability to work independently and take responsibility in challenging situations • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
