📋 Description

• Together with our clients, you optimize the IT portfolio with a focus on IT services, suppliers and IT assets to ensure the future-ready use of IT • Improve service delivery with measurable business impact and support the successful introduction and further development of IT services • Support IT sourcing projects to optimize IT organization costs, quality and scalability • Optionally take on technical leadership and mentor Junior Consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management • Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a strong sense for the interface between IT and the business • Analytical mindset to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies, plus high self-motivation and a conscientious working style • Excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
