📋 Description

‱ Help customers maximize returns on their Dynamics investments ‱ Build and maintain long-term, high-quality business relationships with clients ‱ Work directly with clients to understand their business strategy ‱ Demonstrate the future-state solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics CE) / CRM and related applications ‱ Apply specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics/CRM product suite ‱ Provide solution demonstrations ‱ Develop innovative approaches to improve or replace existing processes ‱ Design bespoke solutions ‱ Document the programme solution design ‱ Support Lead Consultants in reviewing functional specifications ‱ Act as the single point of design authority among Solution Architects ‱ Guide client programme directors and project managers

🎯 Requirements

‱ Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics CE) / CRM solutions and integrations ‱ Experience developing customized solutions for complex business problems ‱ Demonstrable programme-level Solution Architect experience ‱ Strong practical experience in solution and integration design ‱ Relevant Microsoft certifications ‱ Excellent documentation and communication skills ‱ Logical approach to problem solving and structured introduction of change into operational systems ‱ Ability to multitask and prioritize ‱ Strong interpersonal skills ‱ High attention to detail
