âą Help customers maximize returns on their Dynamics investments âą Build and maintain long-term, high-quality business relationships with clients âą Work directly with clients to understand their business strategy âą Demonstrate the future-state solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics CE) / CRM and related applications âą Apply specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics/CRM product suite âą Provide solution demonstrations âą Develop innovative approaches to improve or replace existing processes âą Design bespoke solutions âą Document the programme solution design âą Support Lead Consultants in reviewing functional specifications âą Act as the single point of design authority among Solution Architects âą Guide client programme directors and project managers
đŻ Requirements
âą Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics CE) / CRM solutions and integrations âą Experience developing customized solutions for complex business problems âą Demonstrable programme-level Solution Architect experience âą Strong practical experience in solution and integration design âą Relevant Microsoft certifications âą Excellent documentation and communication skills âą Logical approach to problem solving and structured introduction of change into operational systems âą Ability to multitask and prioritize âą Strong interpersonal skills âą High attention to detail
