• Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs, pain points, and objectives. • Deliver tailored solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and bid defenses. • Develop solution architectures and implementation strategies aligned with Microsoft best practices. • Advise on integration with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and Azure services. • Stay current on Dynamics 365 CE features, AI-driven enhancements, and emerging technologies. • Partner with sales teams and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
