📋 Description

• Lead multi-workload digital transformation engagements as Vice President, Solution Architecture for Americas Consulting • Partner with Sales to drive solution sales from inception through close and ensure solutions meet customer needs • Carry the vision from presales through delivery and support scoping, discovery, and analysis of requirements • Define and document solution architectures, reference architectures, and solution templates; chair the Solution Review Board • Lead technical innovation, an AI-first mindset, and collaborate with Microsoft Product Team and Microsoft Fast Track • Evangelize delivery best practices, stay current with Microsoft releases, and develop team capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years’ relevant experience leading strategy and delivering solutions for multiple solution domains • 15+ years’ experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or IT Consulting • 8+ years’ experience engaging at C-level suite including CXO, CTO/CIO level • Deep experience with Microsoft Cloud including Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) and Power Platform • Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Azure Security, Azure Infrastructure, Azure Modern Work, Data (Fabric/Databricks), and Application Modernization • Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture, development standards, and data & process governance • Experience scoping engagements, discovering and analyzing high-level requirements, and defining solution architectures • Strong consultative leadership, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills • Hands-on leadership, coaching a team to complete assignments and grow capabilities • Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or able to work within the United States or Canada without sponsorship
