📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal business units to identify AI and automation opportunities and gather functional requirements. • Translate business needs into technical specifications for AI and automation solutions. • AI Evangelism & Roadshows: Organize and lead internal roadshows to showcase AI milestones and success stories. • Champion the AI & Automation team’s efforts to drive awareness and adoption across departments. • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on AI principles, responsible use, and practical applications. • Implement AI and automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio). • Help manage small to mid-sized AI/automation projects from ideation to deployment. • Monitor solution performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements. • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends to inform future initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, automation, or AI solution development. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio). • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive cross-functional collaboration. • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and empowering others through technology. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in business support services. • Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based AI and automation services such as Microsoft CoPilot Studio and Power Automate. • Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management. • Familiarity with data protection, security compliance, and intelligent data management. • Understanding of AI concepts such as natural language processing, machine learning, and responsible AI.
