📋 Description

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the C&I Data Center market. • Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities across hyperscale and colocation customers. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Collaborate with engineering, commercial, legal, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities. • Represent Hitachi Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. • Prepare and deliver market and segment insights that support sales and marketing initiatives. • Promote innovation, thought leadership, and customer value across the data center sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within Commercial & Industrial markets. • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering sustainable revenue growth. • Strong understanding of data center and C&I market trends, challenges, and technologies. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly. • Ability and willingness to travel 25–50% for customer meetings and industry events.
