📋 Description

• Looking for a strategic leader to drive the harmonization of engineering processes across global distribution transformers business • Central to transformation journey, moving from local, manual to global, digital, standardized approach • Lead development of end-to-end engineering processes with focus on PLM, ERP integration, digital tools • Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, sales teams to ensure efficient, scalable processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field • 5–7 years of experience in engineering process or PLM management • Deep understanding of transformer manufacturing workflows • Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and ERP (e.g. SAP) • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
