📋 Description

• Provide technical support throughout all phases of GIS project execution, including installation, commissioning, testing, acceptance, and handover • Provide on-site supervision for the installation and commissioning of GIS substations • Manage troubleshooting efforts involving field personnel and subcontractors • Support and oversee contracted maintenance activities to ensure work is completed effectively • Maintain detailed site documentation, including operational procedures, performance reports, test data, and equipment manuals • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to support smooth site execution • Work closely with customers on-site to support service outcomes and satisfaction • Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, vehicles, materials, and supplies at job sites • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in engineering and/or construction environments • Sound understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment • Effective interpersonal and communication skills for field and customer-facing work • Ability to manage teams and address on-site conflict situations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project • Fluent English language skills; additional European languages beneficial
