📋 Description

• Lead a team of IAM administrators and engineers focused on on-premise Active Directory and Privileged Access Management • Report to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management under Hitachi Vantara’s CISO • Design and develop a multi-year roadmap to mature AD and PAM implementations • Ensure quality operations and uptime for AD and PAM solutions • Grow, support, and maintain AD and PAM platforms • Enforce security best practices across AD and PAM implementations • Design, develop, and drive team processes for platform and team operations and management • Help design and develop an automation-first IAM stack • Engage with cybersecurity and business leaders to understand and solve complex company needs • Perform hands-on work with on-premise Active Directory and Privileged Access Management solutions • Lead project teams and support goals and milestones • Invest in and develop junior IAM team members

🎯 Requirements

• Technical mastery of on-premise Active Directory and/or a Privileged Access Management program • Active Directory administration, including AD objects, domain controllers, DNS zones and objects, security hardening, and group policy management • PAM SaaS administration, maintenance, operations, privileged-access policies, governance, and account management across servers, databases, network appliances, and virtual hosts • Strong/expert understanding of LDAP, LDAPS, and Kerberos • Experience in large enterprise-scale IAM environments with more than 20,000 users and computer objects • Understanding of IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management • Ability to lead project teams to accomplish goals and milestones • Excellent people skills and strong people-management capability • Willingness to develop junior team members’ technical skills within IAM platforms • Good written and oral communication in English • Self-driven ability to adapt to new technologies and variables in dynamic, fast-moving, large-scale projects with tight deadlines • Willingness to work in an international team with meetings several times a week at odd hours supporting the US, Europe, and India
