• Manage IT Infrastructure delivery by monitoring progress, and balancing cost, time, and demand. • Manage expectations for Project IT services and oversee the capture, analysis, and prioritization of IT site project demands. • Ensure security compliance and support the wider IT organization with operational needs. • Drive standardization and harmonization of business IT Infrastructure, ensuring alignment with IT goals and enterprise architecture. • Act as a key liaison between IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, providing status updates, resolving issues, and influencing perceptions. • Take ownership of incident, change, or project activities that have a major impact on the business, engaging vendors and escalating when necessary. • Ensure activities are delivered within agreed schedules and costs. • Build strong relationships with the business to increase satisfaction with IT services.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in IT Infrastructure management and service delivery. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior managers and customers. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector or similar industries is an advantage. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. • Willingness to travel when required.
