📋 Description

• Lead multinational teams to deliver the IT services for the Transformer Finance, Supply Chain and Operations portfolio. • Be responsible for the HR management of the teams and budgets in the department, ensure it is properly organized and staffed with the appropriate skill sets. • Manage all vendor contracts and deliverables required to support the portfolio; plan and manage the annual budget process for the portfolio and develop a multi-year strategic road map. • Develop a governance process with the business team to manage the backlog of change requests in the portfolio and implement and validate any changes in conformance with Hitachi guidelines. • Ensure the development and maintenance of the training material to make sure it is up to date and accurate. • Oversee specific Transformer-related report development by managing the user requirements and working with the various development teams to ensure timely delivery of new and updated reports. • Work with the business to define, plan and execute any new projects in the portfolio. • Support the business in defining end-to-end process excellence and efficiencies, particularly regarding the data flows across systems. • Work with the support teams on building the required integrations and automations to improve, enhance and simplify business processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong IT project management skills. • Experience in building IT integrations • Knowledge of finance, budgeting and financial reporting. • SAP FI/CO experience • Ability to communicate effectively with business users as well as technical teams. • Ability to create and update application and project documentation in English • Knowledge of HE IT Project governance process.
