• Proven success in business development for advisory services, generating over USD 1M in sales • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA is an asset • 10+ years (Bachelor’s), 8+ years (Master’s), or 7+ years (PhD) in power system studies or research • Experience delivering advisory services and developing winning consulting proposals • Strong expertise with power system or market tools (e.g., PSS®E, PSLF, PSCAD, PROMOD) and Python • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
