📋 Description

• Manage transformer service projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, vendors, and customer communication • Coordinate cross-functional teams, address project risks, and execution challenges • Track performance and support continuous improvement initiatives • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining communication and managing expectations throughout project execution • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while developing contingency plans • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to management • Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and support cost-effective project delivery • Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the Services Division • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an associate degree with more than seven years of experience in the transformer or substation field • Minimum of five years of experience in project management with a focus on transformer services or heavy industrial equipment • Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Understanding of transformer technology, maintenance, and repair processes preferred • Proficiency with project management software, including MS Project or Primavera P6 • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
