📋 Description
• Plan and execute high-voltage and high-power test campaigns • Define test programs based on project and certification requirements • Coordinate testing activities with laboratories and project stakeholders • Lead and support testing activities together with laboratory experts • Analyze test results and prepare technical reports • Investigate technical issues and contribute to effective solutions • Improve testing methods, processes, and knowledge sharing activities • Support global R&D projects for high-voltage switching technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field • Experience in testing, R&D, laboratory environments, or power systems engineering • Knowledge of electrical power systems and testing principles • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate • Fluent English and basic German skills (or willingness to learn) • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
